Returns & Exchanges
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged,
or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you
$30 and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be
taken off our mailing list and no further orders will ever be accepted. There
will be a $25.00 charge on all checks that do not clear or for charge backs. Any
fraudulent activities are reported to your local police department for
prosecution. Our company name perfectfitbikinis.com will appear on your credit
card statement.
Legitimate Returns and Exchanges will be honored. When you buy from
perfectfitbikinis.com, you have the opportunity to try on the item under your
own conditions. All of our products can be returned for an exchange or refund
except for our G-string & thong bottoms.
We accept the exchange or return of items you are not satisfied with within 30
days of your purchase (order date). ALL tags, labels and hygienic liners must be
intact, NO EXCEPTIONS. Item must be in the original packaging and in new
condition. Do to health concerns we do not accept returns or exchanges of items
that have been worn or used by the customer. Items that have tags and or
hygienic liner removed will be considered used, and the return option will
become void and the sale final. All items kept more than 30 days will be
considered accepted by the customer. Items returned that do not meet these
guidelines will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued.
Your refund may take up to 60 calendar days from the date we receive it from
you. We never refund shipping and handling charges. A restocking fee of up to
15% will be charged on returns/refunds over $175 or if you return over 75% of
your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace
it with the same item with no shipping charge. Absolutely no returns will be
accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from your order date. We are
not responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for
packages dropped off and not signed for.
A return authorization number is required prior to sending your exchange or
return.
To return an item, simply submit the form below to receive your exchange /
return authorization number. You will receive complete return instructions via
email.
To receive an Exchange/Return Authorization, please provide the following
customer information.
All of our products are shipped/mailed to our customers directly from our
manufacturer warehouse. When receiving an Exchange/Return Authorization Number
(include this number in your shipment when you return the item to us), our
mailing address for the products to be returned will be included in our
authorization email to you.
Add items to your shopping cart as you browse the site. Each time an
item is added, the shopping cart page will appear showing the items you
have selected.
Items can be removed from your cart by pressing the 'delete' button.
Press the 'cart' button at any time to see the selections you have made.
You may change the quantity of any item by entering a number in the
quantity box and hitting "enter" or "return" on your keyboard.
Nothing is finalized until you submit your payment details, so feel free
to add and remove items until you are happy with your choices.

information other than to send you your bikinis, and notify you of your
order status. We hate banners - adds - spam and all the other junk on
the internet. We will not add to it in any way and hope everyone enjoys

Credit Card details. When the time comes to enter your credit card
information your payment information will be directed to Authorize.net,
a secure online acquiring service. When your card has been processed you
will be returned to our site.

Shipping Charge Summary
All orders are shipped by UPS. The Shipping Charges are based on the
approximate weight of your order, plus handling.
For orders over 12 items additional shipping charges may apply. Charges
will be based on actual cost of shipping plus a $10.00 handling fee. If
you are interested in wholesale prices (you must have a resale number),

Delivery days are counted after an order is processed. Orders received
by 12:00 Noon are processed by 12:00 Midnight (Pacific Standard Time)
that day (weekday’s only). All orders received after 12:00 noon during a
weekday are processed the next day. All orders received during the
weekend are processed on Monday.
While many of the bikinis may be readily available for shipping when an
order is received, some may have to be made after an order arrives. This
depends on the number of orders received for a particular item and
manufacturing processes. This can add to some delay in delivery. Delay
may also be due to the mail delivery service. We will always endeavor to
get your order to you as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is of great
importance to us.
